Suman will teach you how to make your own vision board using words, pictures from magazines and anything that inspires you! You can take your board home and look at it whenever you need! A fabulous start to Christmas! We gathered together in the gorgeous Verulamium area of St Albans, practiced gentle yoga under the glow of candles and made stunning Christmas wreaths with natural seasonal foliage. Thank you to everyone who came and for the super creative wreath guidance
