YIN YOGA FOR SELF LOVE

This weeks yin practice 7:45pm Tuesday, is all about self love. By moving away from external stimulation and focusing instead on your internal landscape you’ll find there’s a little more space between thoughts, and the mind gets an opportunity to rest in the peaceful and warm space of your heart.

This Tuesday in our beautiful yin practice we will work with the energy lines of the liver and gallbladder meridian through a carefully selected sequence of poses. Not only aiding the process of digestion and elimination physically but also mentally. We find a little more freedom , growth and expansion. Physically we target the back, inner thighs/ groin and hips.

Following on from yesterdays Yin yoga class which helped us find space and a deep release in the neck , shoulders and upper back This weeks Hatha class will continue this theme - I’ll be guiding you through a series of postures and sequences to create better mobility and healthy biomechanics in this area of your body. Concluding with pranayama and a nice long savasana.

It’s been soooo long since I posted to my business social media , I’ve almost forgotten how!

Ever sometimes get into a rut yourself with keeping up with the demands of posting?

Im going to try and be a little more proactive. 😉 And what better way to start than letting you know about our fabulous Yin yoga class which runs online on a Tuesday evening 8pm, all from the comfort of your own home.

This week we are looking at ways to relieve tightness through the trapezius muscles by gently working into the neck, shoulders, upper and mid back.

Fabulous for those who sit a lot behind a desk or car , or if your into your sports and you’re experiencing physical tightness.

As always a heavy dose of rest and relaxation through mindful attention and breathing is included. Yin is a wonderful antidote to our fast pace of life. Go on … indulge yourself.
