I am so incredibly excited to announce that my new treatments are now up and available to book!

I have spent the last few months spending time training, learning and growing as a therapist. My work is my passion and I am forever grateful that I am able to spend time helping people connect back with their bodies and hold space for them to heal.

I have trained in some really beautiful healing practices which I am now able to share with you. There really is something for everyone, and if you’re not sure which treatment to pick, I’m always here to help guide and find the treatment that is most aligned for you.

🌞hello everyone🌞

I’ve had a much needed week away enjoying some sunshine in Malta. Focusing on grounding and realigning my energy so that I’m able to put more into palms of grace and create some beautiful healing spaces for you.

Cultivating an environment to allow our energy to heal and recharge is so important and that’s why I’m so drawn towards intuitive and soul aligned healing. Getting to know you through our treatments together really is what makes me love what I do and I truly believe we attract the people that we need in our lives (energy is magic, think about how someone smiling at you when you’re having a bad day can completely change things around, it’s all magical soul aligned energy).

Palms of Grace isn’t just a place for relaxation, it’s the start of building a community where we can empower each other to heal and take care of ourselves in a space that is safe, cosy and an escape from our worries and troubles.

By the end of the week there will be a couple of new treatment announcements. Which you will be able to book in for!

As you know I am only covering a Saturday now, so my spaces are much more limited. (But don’t worry, I always do my best to fit you in)

As you all know from July I will only be working a Saturday at Brewood Beautique.

This is an opportunity to get my last remaining weekday appointments booked if you are fancying a little pick me up before the weekend.

Today I attended an advanced pregnancy massage course, which was so informative and has given me the confidence to plan on developing some beautiful treatments for mums to be. It’s so important to me that I am able to provide treatments safely and professionally so that I can continue to reassure and provide a nurturing and caring environment for you whatever your treatment needs.
