Hormonal imbalances, influenced by menstrual cycles, menopause, endometriosis, or other health conditions, can intensify the emotional and physical exhaustion of a busy schedule. Increased cortisol from stress can lead to mood swings, fatigue, and anxiety.
Recognizing the connection between stress and hormones is crucial. Adopting healthy lifestyle habits can alleviate these effects, helping you feel more balanced and rejuvenated.
