Thank you so much to everyone who showed interest in our second Introduction to Mindfulness cohort. It’s been incredible getting started with our first group, and I’m so excited as we prepare to begin the next one.

All spaces are now fully booked, which is just amazing to see. I’ll be running another cohort next month, so keep an eye out if you’d like to join 💫
