We are half way through our current Mum & Baby yoga term over at Academy HQ in Stalybridge. I love holding this weekly class, hearing how all of the mums and babies are getting on and seeing how much the ladies and babies benefit from a bit of time slowing down🧘🏼‍♀️👶🏼🧠🫁🙏💤

I will be advertising the next term in just a few weeks so please keep an eye out if you would like to join us, or maybe grab one of the limited weekly drop in spaces instead.

A relaxed and welcoming baby class, aimed at MUM but with baby involved too, a great first class to try if you are feeling anxious about classes with baby. You will be welcomed as you both are 🥰

Due to the success of our last 'Yoga for Birth' Workshop, (with birth partners) we will be running another session in the New Year 🙌

This session will be held .hide_away Stalybridge. A lovely bit of birth prep for yourself and your birth partner, learning how useful yoga, mindset and breathwork are in the birth space 💥

Mum & Baby NEW TERM now available to book 🧘🏼‍♀️👶🏼

Start the new year with some time for you YOU, and come along with baby for the loveliest, most baby friendly class.

🤝 Connect with other mummies and babies
🧘🏼‍♀️ Ease aches and pains on motherhood
🧠 Relax your mind
💪 Connect with your pelvic floor and deep core
🫁 Soothe your nervous system with breathwork
👶🏼 Enjoy 1:1 time with your baby, in a calm environment
💤 Relax & reset your body

Next term will be 6 weeks and will run from Thursday 8th January. 10:15 - 11:30am, with the option to stay after class, for complimentary hot drinks and biscuits and a chat with the other mums and babies.

We expect & welcome noise form babies in the form of crying, talking, babbling etc, just come as you are and enjoy.

Suitable from 6 weeks post vaginal birth and 8 weeks post caeserian birth.

Classes are non refundable and non exchangeable and can be booked via the link in my Instagram bio.

This one is for ladies of Tameside, of all ages.

A weekday, womens wellness yoga class, in the heart of Stalybridge.

Join us on a Friday morning, 10:30 - 11:30am at The Hideaway, Melbourne St, to move, breathe and relax.

Whether you are a practicing yogi or completely new to the world of yoga, this one is for you.

This will be an intimate class, just 6 ladies and myself, held in a beautiful space.

All kit is ready, laid out for your arrival and is included in the class price.

Expect gentle, intuitive movement, connecting the mind, body and breath. We will ease aches and pains and warm up through the body, mindfully noticing how each movement lands in our bodies, moving to feel good.

You will listen to your body and only do what feels good for you on the day. This class is designed to be gentle, yet effective.

For a limited time, I am offering your first class for FREE! I would love to encourage ladies who haven't practised before to come along too, you won't regret it! Please message me to secure your space.

Classes start up on Friday 5th December.
