Did you know there is no upper age limit for children in our Not Just A Mum Club classes? Whether you have a tiny newborn, a busy toddler, a pre schooler or an older child, they are welcome here 🤱🧸✨

We also warmly welcome home educated children. If your little one is home ed and you are looking for movement, community and connection during the day, this space is for you 📚🤍

And if you are a mum without your child in tow, you are just as welcome. We have women whose babies are in nursery, mums with school age children, and mums with grown up kids who simply want space to move, breathe and reconnect.

Happy birthday to the little girl that means exists! 🥳

Niomi turns 5 today, which means 5 years of working out & practising yoga alongside her…which eventually led to starting classes so other mamas could do the same with their little loves 🥰

Becoming her Mummy made me see things differently, to re-evaluate my priorities and to really dig deep and take radical responsibility for my health & happiness! 🦋

She is the light of my life and anyone that knows Niomi knows how much of a free spirit, kind and loving soul she is 🙏💫

Here’s to many more years of practising, playing and working out side by side 👯‍♀️💖

Because you taught them that kindness is different to people pleasing and that love never asks them to ignore their own needs.

✨Every time you speak your truth with calm,

Mama & Me classes 👶

💖🧡You are a mum, but you are not JUST a mum🧡💖

Your needs don’t just suddenly disappear when you become somebodies mum! If anything even more so you need time for movement and mindfulness, plus space to be seen, heard and acknowledged 🫶

And so we have created these special classes where get to workout without having to find childcare, all whilst reconnecting back to & strengthening your body, mind and soul ✨

Postpartum can be a wild ride, whether your little one is 1 month or 4 years old….we understand that here!! Your little one is welcome to be cry, be messy and wild…as are you 🤪

In our classes we focus on building up your core strength and doing deep core and pelvic floor rehabilitation, plus stretching to ease general aches and pains of lugging around a human and ALL their belongings 😅

We have time to chat, drink brews and we have fruit for you and your loves 🍌🍎

You are in safe hands with your teacher Laura who is trained to teach yoga, Pilates, dance and has done training to support pre and post natal women plus is a trauma informed practitioner. We also have who is Ana experienced Pilates teacher and also trained to support postpartum women and .beyondthebump who is specifically trained to teach baby massage and support mamas!! 🧡
