🚨 New Class Alert 🚨
These classes are a mixture of weights and bodyweight exercises tailored to postpartum recovery. There is never any pressure to do anything and you can take it at your own pace
🧡 At NOT JUST A MUM CLUB you’ll move to help your body and mind and get you out of the house to meet other mums and babies!
You’ll build strength, cardiovascular endurance and general fitness whilst taking some time JUST FOR YOU (because you deserve it mama!)
⏰ These classes are 45 minutes in length, followed by time to hang out afterward class for a chat with the other mamas and babas. (Ticket price includes a HOT coffee/tea ☕️)

Please know that NOT JUST A MUM CLUB is a safe, welcoming group where anything goes...crying, feeding, sleeping are most definitely welcome here…and not just from the babies🙂
Suitable for all levels & abilities…beginners welcomed. Children of all ages welcomed.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have given birth recently, please wait until your postnatal check with your GP to start exercise. General NHS advice is 6 weeks for a vaginal birth & 12 weeks for a C-section or birth with complications.
However there is NO RUSH; rest is extremely important after birth and into the fourth trimester...So depending on your birth I advise checking in with your intuition and beginning when you feel ready. (Speak to your midwife/health visitor/doctor if you’re unsure)
