When you're not feeling 100% you need to intentionally lean into doing more of what you love.

Combat low mood by doing what you love:

1. Identify Joys: List activities you enjoy or find fulfilling.

2. Start Small: Begin with small, manageable steps.

3. Daily Doses: Dedicate 10-15 minutes a day to something you love.

4. Try New Things: Explore new hobbies or revisit old ones for variety.

Consistency in joyful activities can uplift your mood.
