At Barley Brook, we’ve introduced temporary tattoos as a new activity and it’s been a hit. Residents choose their own designs, often sharing memories or just having a laugh as they try something a little different.

It’s a simple, light-hearted way to bring creativity and conversation into the day. No needles, just a bit of fun.

🐕‍🦺Our residents were very pleased when our Maintenance Manager brought his new puppy Luna in to visit.

We are all looking forward to watching her grow! We know that dogs visiting care homes has been proven to reduce anxiety and improve mood and this was clear to see.
