✨ Transformation Tuesday ✨

As a busy, full-time working mum, Sam needed a plan that was easy, convenient, and flexible enough to still enjoy meals with her family in the evenings.

Before starting The 1:1 Diet, she felt bloated, lethargic and self-conscious, and after trying countless diets and group settings, nothing seemed to stick.

Ready for another transformation? Well, Melanie kindly shared her own inspiring transformation journey

“Over time, I slowly lost sight of my own needs and stopped prioritising myself.
Before I knew it, 3 years had passed, and I was 4 stone heavier. I found myself making endless excuses not to attend events.

It took me a while to realise the full impact this was having on my life. Eventually, I realised what I was doing to myself so I started the plan and I was focused and determined; nothing else mattered more than getting me back. In just 4 months, I’d lost 4 stone. I followed every piece of advice my Consultant gave me, and it worked! my life is completely different now and it’s all because I made the decision to put myself first and take control of my health 💪
