I don’t live at the prettiest end of the Thames, but it was looking beautiful this morning. The King tide yesterday last happened in 1912, and I felt the pull of the tide today. Beside the water is my happy place…it grounds and calms me and fills my heart with joy.

Yes…I’m avoiding cleaning the house, but I’m lifting my mood which has been a struggle for me since the weather changed. I realised a long time ago that I have a love/hate relationship with autumn. I love the colours, the falling leaves, the promise of jumpers and warm fires on the horizon…but I do struggle with less sunlight.

So yesterday, I dug out my light box and used it for the first time in a couple of years, and this morning loud music, bad singing and dancing are lifting my mood.

So, after four years, three of which I did online, this is my last weekend at college. It has been the best decision I ever made, even though it’s not been the easiest of journeys…but the most growth occurs during the challenging times. I’m so grateful to all the beautiful souls that I’ve met along the way, that have taught me things that I didn’t know about myself 🙏

Graduation is tomorrow, life as a homeopath has already begun 🙏💕

PARENTS NEED TO WAKE UP...
Your 7-year-old wakes up exhausted.
Not because he's sick.
Because it's 6AM.

You pour him cereal.

The school calls later:
"He can't focus"
