🙏 Thank you for joining me for outdoor yoga this morning and 56 of you staying for the bonus that was yoga in the rain 🌧️

It really is such a good analogy exploring how ‘if we hold on through the difficult (the rain, the cold, wet clothes, spoiled hair do, make-up slippage, expectations of things being a certain way), we can get through and the sun will shine. We may feel bedraggled but also lighter, freer, more energised, alive’
