Outdoor yoga in Page Park is on tomorrow at 10am.

Only four more sessions left of the 2025 season and then I move back indoors to the Nest, Bean Tree cafe from 5th October. Three classes at:
9.15-10.15am
10.30-11.30pm
11.45-12.45pm
10 classes for £60 or £7 pay as you go.

These must be booked beforehand and the 9.15 and 10.30am are nearly full but there are spaces at 11.45am.
