A truely inspirational woman! 💕
Edna is one of our wonderful Service users who has raised over £111,000 for the Merlin Centre Cornwall, in memory of her daughter Karen.
She was entered into the Pride of Britain Awards. Watch the video below to see Edna on ITV, what a superstar she is!🎉💕

We have had a busy week expanding our wonderful company!

As we approach Men’s Health Week, I wanted to raise some awareness.
Statistically men are less likely to speak about Mental health and their concerns.
Man Down Cornwall are an amazing Charity dedicated to supporting Men’s mental health in Cornwall. They provide an informal safe space for you to be able to speak to someone, they also run groups and organise activities.

Communication barriers can be extremely difficult and often leave people feeling isolated.

Our minds are not only wonderful things, they are also fragile.
When we talk ‘self care’ we often talk about a bubble bath, face mask, maybe a take away. Why not try self care for your mind too?
Here are some things you could try:
Writing in a journal to aid being in touch with what you may be feeling,
Finding a project to work on, to keep your mind busy & Setting limits around news, to aid in ruling out some of the negativity.
