The letter will be sent to your GP surgery. You can view this on the NHS app in due course. If you have problems accessing the NHS app. Please contact your GP surgery.

You can ask us for a copy if needed.

Anima - our online triage system.

Anima will be open for online requests from 0730 - 1830 Monday to Friday.

For those who are unable to use it or have no internet the staff are happy to make the request with you, by calling the practice from 0800.

On the day “medical requests” are capped to a safe level but routine “medical” requests can continue to be made if the presenting problem is not urgent.

Please do not put in a Medical request as Admin as it may be rejected.

If you require an appointment for a blood test, blood pressure check, cervical screening, wound care, stitch removal, repeat prescription, injection inc baby immunisations, NHS Health check, ECG or to see our Diabetes or Asthma nurses please submit an ADMIN request

If you are able to complete a request through the system please do so to keep the phone lines clear for people who need more support.

Anyone that is struggling or doesn’t feel able to manage the system please call or pop in to see us, we are here to help.

From October to March we can’t make enough vitamin D from sunlight, so to keep bones and muscles healthy, it’s best to take a daily 10 microgram supplement of vitamin D. You can get vitamin D from most pharmacies and retailers.
