The first level of Reiki is known as Shoden, also as First Degree Reiki, Reiki Level I or just Reiki 1. This introduction to reiki gives you everything you need to start practicing reiki for yourself, friends and family.
We cover the background and history of Reiki, do some myth busting, cover the main concepts and Reiki Precepts. You will receive multiple empowerments/attunements to introduce you to Reiki energy and you will be shown various methods for working with Reiki on yourself and others.
Shoden is taught by a combination of pre-reading and home practice and a one-day face to face teaching day. The course is supported with detailed materials from Reiki Evolution.
