Start 2025 with good habits and hopefully they will stick. Ideally exfoliating twice a week for those with normal - dry skin and over 25 years old. If you have oily or sensitive skin then once every 7 - 10 days will be better for you. Any questions, just let me know.

(This was way back in 2000, before Galgorm even knew what a facial was, and all salons were mostly waxing and makeup.)
