Last Monday I delivered this very powerful guided light journey with the Water Dragons.

This event created an incredible transformational healing space where we could return to our more expanded sense of Self, witnessing the unique beauty of our Soul Signature and finding a greater capacity to honour more of who we Be.

This journey encouraged us to find the courage to dive inwards and explore our singular energetic landscape without judgement and with self-compassion, and invited us to bring more of that authentic beauty back to the surface to inspire our 'every day' interactions and experiences.

Finding Peace to Become

I am literally bubbling with creativity at the moment, new ideas for my business and life are flooding in like a tidal wave daily. My incredible light team are filling my minds eye with pictures of radiant colour, and I feel myself standing like an artist, poised to make the first brush stroke…. So why the pause, why the hesitancy?

The energy of life is deafening. The information influx is monumentally intense. As I was sat meditating on these feelings coming up for me this morning, I had the realisation that as a deeply sensitive soul, it becomes nearly impossible to make an aligned decision on how to move forwards when you feel all these energies all at once and so intensely, without first pausing to breathe and consciously choosing to turn the ‘volume’ down it all becomes too much.

The noise of the world is loud. The eternal interactions with frequency can drown me if I let them, even the exciting, uplifting, high frequency vibrations. My beingness just gets overloaded and frazzled, until I suddenly realise, I have become a bit of a passenger in my own life. The speed of information incoming, the echoes of never ending to do lists, expectations both from others and self-made, sitting like little thieves of joy on my shoulders…. This all gets absorbed and can cause confusion and interference within my own energy field.

So today, I remembered to stop and drop back into my heart, where there is a space of stillness and disconnect from the ‘noise’ and simply just remembered my Self… Where do I start and end again? What is ‘mine’ to take ownership of? What is my heart guiding me to explore? Letting myself return to the joy of discovery and creativity, allowing my own internal energetic soul codes inspire my direction, far away from chaos.

The truth is, for many of us doing this kind of spiritual ‘work’, we are building the map of our lives on a daily basis. The path isn’t clearly marked out in front of us. So many of our steps are taken in complete darkness, because no one has trodden the path we’re choosing before and in order to continue we must choose to find a deeper trust within ourselves, and part of that journey is a healing one that asks us to step beyond doubt and back to the beauty of our ‘whole selves’, it means choosing to be courageous every single day, pushing past the shouting of ‘life’, what others expect and the confines of the self-made limitations we have placed upon ourselves.

The path awaits, but every step takes a pause, a deep breath and a moment with the heart before we continue.

Our dreams require free flowing space to birth, they refuse to be micro managed, ruled or controlled, because our dreams have their own unique energy which require their own space and time to come into Beingness and this exists beyond the mental mind, between the gaps of space and time, where our breathing slows and we let go of needing to ‘know’. This is where our dreams and knowing find the freedom to become and so do our souls.

There is an incredible, beautiful, singular divine frequency that pulses along every inch of your skin, in every sinew of your being and cell of your body, encoded with a unique vibration that only you hold. Your own eternal divine blueprint.

You are a phenomenal Being made up of wisdom, gifts and lifetimes of experience. Within you is an incredible multi-coloured tapestry of light, colour and ever-evolving energy.
