Let us be still…

I drew the pencil outline for this rose a while a go now and it has waited patiently to be filled with colour and brought to life. I imagined it to be pink or red…but when I felt the call to finally give the rose colour it appeared bright yellow carrying the message ‘Meet me there’.

Meet me there.
Meet me there in the silence.
Everyday.
With no agenda.

I felt a deep pull inwards. And what followed was a deep need for stillness. For silence.
I have been doing this daily, usually starting my day with time to feel what’s alive.
Me. God. Life moving through me.

I have now begun to feel held by this silence of mine. And there is something about facing your silence and being still that starts to bring an undeniable alignment. Things fall away. And new things arise. I have had to face things that have become a ‘no’ for me. And felt the things that are a ‘yes’. Today I feel like everything is about to change and transform all over again.

A breath of fresh air and a new offer….
Its been a while, years in fact, since I first created my own essences and even longer since I studied for my Diploma in Vibrational Medicine. In the last six months I have spontaneously found myself reaching for essences, once again being called by their magic and support.
