Instagram is the highlight reel of peoples edited photos, videos and fake lives, so don’t get caught up in it

It’s mostly a lot of bu****it, we all know the couple that hate each other but act all lovey dovey on the gram, the catfish who looks nothing like their insta pics, the person who buys expensive s**t they can’t afford to look like a baller etc etc

And this is what we compare ourselves to?

It’s madness!

Focus on you, the small daily wins, your loved ones and the things you’re truly grateful for

This is where true happiness lives, so switch off your phone from time to time and appreciate what you have
