People don’t always feel exhausted because life is overwhelming.
Often, it’s because their thoughts never leave them alone.
Replaying something that was said days ago.

Worrying about what might happen next.

Holding onto an identity they no longer need.
And all the while, the present moment sits quietly in front of them… unnoticed.

Being present isn’t about avoiding reality.

It’s about returning to the only place in life that truly exists.

This moment, right now

During my Reiki & Sound Healing session we will begin with some on body sound to relax the fascia just below the skin then onto some off body sound which helps shift the brain waves out of constant thinking mode. I’ll guide you through a short meditation to focus the mind and relax the physical body enforce beginning your healing Reiki session. Reiki helps you just “be” in the present moment , resetting the “always on” nervous system.

• Keep a regular bedtime routine so your brain knows it’s time to switch off 🛏️
• Turn off blue light before bed as it can affect sleep 📱
• Try journaling to clear your mind ✍️
• A warm bath followed by cooler air can help your body prepare for sleep 🛁

Ways to quieten the mind ………

Focus on your breathing for 1 minute.
Take a quiet walk without your phone.
Write down racing thoughts.
Reduce noise and notifications.
Move your body: stretch, walk, exercise.
Spend a few minutes in nature.
Do one task slowly and attentively.
Get proper rest and sleep.
