Which is why you should always find a tribe to be part of.
If you don't know about it already, have a look at the art of Kintsugi. To be honest we only came across it whilst sat in but it is an utterly beautiful art form which suggests, quite rightly, that our cracks can often be the thing that makes us most interesting/beautiful.
When we share our cracks with others we can take stock and see them in a different way. That's why it's essential to have people you can share your highs and lows with and that's one of the main reasons we created the tribe.
We are four women, each running our own businesses, as well as the Tribe, each having good days and bad. But the bad days are a lot less cruel when you can share them with your mates.
Running a small business is relentless and often very hard and it is hugely helpful to be able to discuss any problems you are having/get ideas for new avenues etc by chatting with other small business owners. That's what the tribe is for.
So if you feel like you could often do with a helpful ear to share your cracks with, job our tribe, we would love to have you. And tell any other small businesses you know about us to ... The more the merrier.
Soon we will be creating a private FB group just for our members where we can share hints and tips for your business and brand, give details about upcoming events and lots of other fun stuff. So keep your eyes peeled for more info xx
