Roseola: What you need to know
Roseola is a common childhood infection—swipe for key symptoms and info.

Once your child’s fever is gone, they can return to nursery if they feel well.

No need to wait for the rash to fade.

Call 111 or see a doctor urgently if your child:

- Is under 3 months with a fever 38°C+
- Is 3-6 months with a fever 39°C+
- Has a fever lasting 5+ days
- Refuses fluids/feeds
- Seems unusually unwell
- Has a fever that won’t go down with meds
- Shows dehydration signs (dry nappies, sunken eyes, no tears)

SAVE this for later & SHARE with parents who’ll find it helpful.

Did you know that 1 in 7 people in the UK are thought have a neurological difference?

The term neurodiversity is an inclusive term for referring to neurological differences.

Depending on how our brains are wired we all think, move, process information and communicate in different ways. Many people use neurodiversity as an umbrella term used to describe alternative thinking styles such as:

Autism
ADHD
Dyslexia
Dyspraxia
Dyscalculia

Instead of seeing these differences as "deficits" or “disorders,” let's celebrate the unique strengths neurodivergent individuals bring!

Many of the challenges people face come from environments built for the majority - not because they are the problem.

Neurodiversity Celebration Week is all about breaking stereotypes and embracing different thinkers in schools, workplaces, and beyond!

Tag a parent who needs to hear this today!

And if you're advocating for a neurodivergent child we know just how incredibly hard this can be. We see you, we support you, and we’re sending love.

Here’s to the women doing it all (even on the days it doesn’t feel like it).

Today we celebrate women everywhere — the ones building businesses, growing careers, supporting others, chasing dreams, and navigating life with strength, resilience and determination.

The women who:
✨ Show up even when they’re exhausted
✨ Balance work, relationships, health and responsibilities
✨ Carry the mental load no one else sees
✨ Support other women instead of competing with them
✨ Keep believing in their goals and dreams

Some are raising children.
Some are building businesses.
Some are climbing career ladders.
Some are caring for loved ones.
Some are still figuring out their next step.

And many are doing several of these things at once.

Every woman’s journey looks different — and every single one deserves to be celebrated.

To the women juggling families.
To the women pursuing passions and careers.
To the women supporting others while finding their own way.
To the women chasing dreams, big or small.

You are powerful. You are resilient. And you are making a difference every single day.

Let today be a reminder to celebrate how far you’ve come — and to lift up the incredible women around you.

Happy International Women’s Day 💜
