Did you know that as well as offering a range of free courses for our local communities, we also offer paid-for individual sessions. These are 75 minutes in length and we recommend a series of 8 in total, delivered weekly, fortnightly or monthly online.
Here's some feedback from a client we've been working with recently:
“I reached out to Yellow Beacon to see if they could support me in coping with the severe anxiety I was experiencing as a result of a prolonged bout of compassion fatigue. Having never undertaken any guided mindfulness practice before, I didn’t know what to expect. However, I can honestly say that the experience has been transformative and life-changing for me.
The sessions were completely tailored to my needs and created a very safe environment. Initially, I was skeptical about trying this type of practice due to common myths surrounding it, but all those doubts were quickly dispelled.
