If you're struggling to allow yourself to experience your emotions, pop on music to suit your mood I.e. sadness, excited, angry etc and allow your body to move in whatever way it wants to. Allow it to be energetic, calm or chaotic.
This can bring you away from over analysing and instead express and release the emotion in a healthy way.
Yes, you may feel silly or embarrassed but give it a go. What do you have to lose?
I'd say you'd have more to gain π
