I’ve not posted on here in a little while, but I’m back — and I’m going to be sharing things a bit differently from now on.
As a 1:1 Diet consultant, I’ve always posted healthy meals, results and motivation — and I’ll still be doing that. But truth is, I’m maintaining now… and that doesn’t mean I’m always on plan.
I still love pizza nights, snacks sneak in way too easily, and there’s always a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge. I’m not going to pretend it’s perfect.
So I’m going to start sharing the real bits of maintaining — the ups, the wobbles, and the resets. Like now, after a holiday, I’ve been grabbing too many snacks and I’m having a bit of a reset over the next couple of weeks.
