Introducing our Family Yoga and Sound Bowl sessions for you and your kiddos! 💖

✨ BABIES (from 12 weeks til crawling) at 9am. Explore Yoga postures to help soothe your baby and help improve physical development. We'll have plenty of sensory exploration and toys to keep baby entertained as well as the chance to explore some instruments and sounds with Gaz!

✨ TODDLERS+ at 10am Open to all little ones from crawling/walking. There's no age limit here, if you think your little one will enjoy the session, please bring them along! We'll be exploring Animal-based Yoga postures, partner postures for older kids and breathing exercises. Sensory and sound exploration with Gaz (bring along an instrument if you'd like!)

First sessions are on SATURDAY 28TH JUNE. Booking is per child, all Yoga equipment is provided for you 🙌

YIN YOGA WITH ABI 🧘🏻‍♀️ every Tuesday evening from 7.30-8.30pm!

Yin is a slow but VERY effective form of Yoga. It is predominantly mat based where we hold postures for several minutes at a time before having a mini ‘Savasana’ and moving into the next posture. This allows for a DEEP stretch of our connective tissues without the higher heart rate of your typical Vinyasa class.

Open to ALL bodies and levels of experience. We cannot wait to welcome you to the magick of YIN!🧘🏻‍♀️🙌🏼
