Introducing our second February Yoga Commitment - show yourself some love!
We want you to experience just how good your body and mind can feel with a regular yoga practice.
I think a lot of us can appreciate the benefits of doing yoga, but fitting in a regular practice is another story! This is why we’d like to introduce you to our February Yoga Commitment.
Come and show yourself some love this February! 💕
I am currently on day 21 of 30 Days of Yoga with Adriene, this is something I’ve done for the past 4 years every January and I love it. It’s easy to forget just how good a regular yoga practice can feel for our bodies and our minds. So for me, doing it everyday in January is a reminder to keep up my self practice and shows me just how important regular movement is.
✨So what do you need to do?
To be committed, you will need to attend every Sunday and Tuesday class either online or in person throughout February (with the exception of Sunday 26th - this will be a self practice that you will do at home)
That’s it!
The class times are as follows:
Sunday 9-9:45am
Tuesday 7:45-8:30pm
✨ How much does it cost?
The cost of the commitment is £24 making each class just £3. If you are already paying the monthly membership then this commitment is available to you at no extra cost.
✨ How do I win?!
Everybody who completes the challenge (all 8 classes) will be put into a random name generator to determine a winner! You could win a lululemon voucher! This is my favourite activewear brand. OR a Liforme yoga mat which are the ultimate yoga mats!
✨ When is the first class?
Our February Yoga Commitment begins with a Vinyasa Flow on Sunday 5th Feb!
