Hi Ladies
I’m kicking off 2025 with an exciting venture!!
I will be offering ‘light touch ASMR’ Sunday sessions from a beautiful salon in Cheadle Hulme. For those unfamiliar, ASMR is the body’s response, often in the form of tingles to a specific trigger - in this case think massage but instead of pressure, the lightest of touch. If you like your hair played with or back tickled, you will love this!
Personally, I discovered light touch ASMR videos when managing my anxiety, mood swings and joint pain brought on through menopause but struggled to find somewhere to experience it in person.
