This is years old, before I even knew I peri-menopause was even a thing, never mind “THE MENOPAUSE” and post menopausal!
I can definitely say I have been all these 7 dwarfs over the years, some days multiple!!
I am glad to say I have buried some of them now for good - don’t tell Snow White!!

Serenova beginning to g*t reviews and all looking positive, I am just a week into taking the supplements and most noticeable is my sleep has improved and that alone is massive, as energy levels have increased!

Day3, just had the vanilla shake after probably the best workout I have had at the gym for a long time! Vanilla my favourite after the coffee! So Chocolate in 3rd place for me!! I was going to go LIVE but I need 100 followers! Need to pull my finger out!!
So was the workout better due to balance & boost and better sleep??
