Sometimes it’s the simple things – good food, a change of scenery, and meaningful conversation – that make a big difference to mental well-being. 🧠❤️

We’re proud to give our support, not just with everyday needs, but also with connection, confidence, and community.

Today we had a fantastic pizza-making session with the amazing people we support! Everyone got involved and it was a brilliant way to build confidence, encourage creativity, and enjoy some delicious teamwork.

There were lots of smiles, and the best part was sharing and tasting everyone’s creations together.

The veggie patch is officially underway! Planters are being prepped and we're trying to pretend we know what we're doing 😅

Lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, and a few wild guesses are going in the mix. Fingers crossed something edible appears (before the slugs beat us to it). 🐌🥕🍅

One thing’s for sure – it’s good for the soul and the soil 💚

🌈 June is Pride Awareness Month 🏳️‍🌈

As we celebrate love, identity, and the power of being unapologetically ourselves, let’s also take a moment to talk about mental health.

For many in the LGBTQ+ community, living authentically can come with real challenges — discrimination, isolation, and the mental toll of simply fighting to be seen and accepted. This month, and every month, your mental health matters.

💚 You are not alone.
💙 You are worthy of support.
💜 You deserve to feel safe, heard, and loved — exactly as you are.

Let’s use this time to uplift LGBTQ+ voices, promote access to mental health resources, and show up for each other with compassion and solidarity.

✨ Be proud. Take care. Speak kindly — especially to yourself.
