Slow down, take a minute. Breathe in for 4, out for 8. You are safe.

This week has been an emotional rollercoaster for me. I’m learning to recognise when my nervous system is on overdrive and I’m trying to do everything full speed like I am in danger. I am not - I am safe. Taking time to breathe and tell your body you are ok is super important.

Use this time to pray, meditate, or just be still.

Stay safe out there. 💖
