Evening everyone ☀️

Quick update for tomorrow’s walk — we’re going to make it a little later than sunrise as we had an early one this morning!

A few people have requested a flatter, easier walk for their first one, so we thought we’d start with a route around Underbank Dam. We’ll head off around 9am, and it gives us the perfect excuse to grab a snack from the Bake Shed afterwards 👀🍰

It’s roughly 3 miles, very flat, and a lovely easy one — perfect if you’re new and thinking of joining us.

Ladies, I’ve booked the Scandibox Sauna for Saturday 16th May at 9am 🤍

I know there’s been a bit of back and forth with dates, but I needed to secure a time that worked for both Scandibox’s availability and what suited most of you.

So—it’s officially booked!

We’ve got the sauna and ice baths for one hour at £85 total, which works out at just under £12.15 each.

The first 5 people to comment “I’m in” below will be sent payment details (2 spots are already taken by non-Facebook members who’ve paid).

Don’t worry if you miss out this time—I’ll definitely be booking more sessions like this!
