This week at Rose Tree Care Home, we came together to celebrate a very special milestone — a resident’s 70th birthday. 🎉⚽

Rose Tree has been celebrating a resident’s 70th birthday, with his family organising the wonderful Derek Hodgson to entertain everyone with fantastic live music at a football-themed birthday party that brought smiles to every face. Surrounded by family, friends, and laughter, the home was filled with joy throughout the celebration.

Alongside the celebrations, residents also spent time reflecting on 81 years since VE Day. Memories were shared, stories retold, and hearts connected through conversations about the past and how life has changed over the years. Listening to Vera Lynn and singing together created such a touching atmosphere of remembrance, unity, and warmth. ❤️

Moments like these remind us how precious shared memories, music, and companionship truly are.
