It’s been six years since I took any real time off.
Six years of working on my dreams relentlessly.
Six years of holding space for others to build theirs.
Six years of barely stopping.
Multiple near burnouts along the way, trying to make it all happen. Not ideal, I know… but it was part of the path.
Now, finally, being alone in the land I love has been something really special.
Quiet mornings.
Space to breathe.
Time to feel again.
It’s cleared the lens of life for me and allowed new visions to form.
Fresh perspectives.
Gentler scheduals.
A deeper sense of freedom.
Feeling incredibly blessed right now.

Nadi Shodhana | Alternate Nostril Breathing
This is one of the most gentle yet powerful breath practices I share.
Nadi Shodhana means clearing the channels and that’s exactly what it does. It brings balance where things feel scattered, and calm where the mind won’t switch off.
This breath works with the nervous, helping move us out of stress and back into regulation. Perfect if you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, tired but wired, or just need to come back into your body.
Benefits: • Calms the mind and reduces anxiety
• Balances the left and right sides of the brain
• Regulates the nervous system
• Improves focus and mental clarity
• Supports emotional balance
• Helps prepare the body for meditation
• Great before sleep or when you need grounding

So first spirituality, to me, has never been one way or the highway.
It is unity, not uniformity.
It is the understanding that truth wears many faces and speaks in many tongues.
I don’t need you to believe what I believe for me to honour your path.
If your beliefs are rooted in love, compassion, humility and respect for life, humanity and the earth then we are already walking together, even if our footsteps sound different.
Community is where this really comes alive.
When we sit side by side, breathing, praying, feeling, listening… the walls soften.
Egos quieten.
We remember that beneath the stories, the labels and the dogma, we are all just humans trying to remember who we are.
This is how unity is preserved.
Not by forcing agreement, but by holding space.
Not by being right, but by being kind.
Not by division, but by devotion to love in all its forms.
That, to me, is spirituality and if the world can learn to be rooted in this way this is how we preseve humanity in a beutiful way!
We need to not be on a side but to bring all sides together, in love and respect.
Peace for the whole earth not one side or a border or a belief, peace for all humanity is what i stand for.

My personal expertise is built on raw life experience and recognised accreditations in meditation, wellbeing, mental health, resilience coaching, mindfulness, fitness, food and care.
That's a bit of a mouthful right? The core of Jasper Wellbeing is Meditation, mindfulness, breathwork and coaching and all the other tools are in the tool box for when I can share them.
