We shared so many wonderful conversations, magical moments, and uplifting connections… and every cup was filled with love.

Today, I switch off from serving others and embrace my own needs, a beautiful day with my daughter, beautiful food, nice walks ahhhhh wonderful.

In the moments, I often become reflective of things that happen in life and how everything is looking and going....the song in the post by helps me soften and reflect in a way that isn't victim mentality led but learning led.

What have I learned from great experiences and how can i really allow myspef to celebrate them and also what have i learned from difficult experiences rather than what I have lost and through all the good and bad it a blessing just to live.

‘Blessed’ is an understatement but the truth is, to get her has been so hard....we often can’t create the life we want to live without first living the life we don’t want to live to make it happen.

Like anything worth it, there’s blood, sweat, tears. There’s darkness and light, joy and pain, highs and lows and everything in between, above, and deep within.

The universe will test us over and over to see if we’re the ones meant to carry the message. And too often, we give up... or don’t even start.

But if there’s something in your life a person, an opportunity that your heart sings for, and you know it might be hard, but on the other side is peace, is freedom...

Then get out of your head and into your heart.

Because only you can make it happen."

Well, we finally made it happen, family! The new Jasper Community Space has officially had its first event and is now finished and ready to create magic!!

I just found this picture from and felt called to share it, as this moment was really special to me.

This is actually a huge thank you to .

Originally, we had two separate slots for the opening ceremony, but I felt a deep pull to reach out and ask Seren if we could come together and co-create the cacao ceremonial space.

We had never met before, but I messaged her, we connected, and she said yes. What unfolded was incredibly beautiful. Her voice and song which you can hear in this video, invoked the spirit of cacao so powerfully.

We offered our thanks to the ancestors and Guardians of the Cacao, the Asháninka, and held space for the Kernow family with deep reverence.

Thank you, Seren. It was a true honour to share the stage with you. Everything felt so beautiful. ✨ x

The Jasper Cacao Project has always been about bringing people together—in unity and community.

Wherever we are in the world, this remains our number one intention. Regardless of beliefs, religion, or nationality, it is my dream that we all share in each other’s wisdom, as one community, one nation, one love.

We don’t have to adopt each other’s belief systems, but respecting that we all come from different paths is key.

Community doesn’t mean separate groups standing apart, it means different communities coming together through sharing, collaboration, acceptance, and togetherness.

When I discovered Kirtan a few years ago, I fell in love with the sense of unity, the roots, the stories. I wanted to learn more about the beautiful tradition of gathering through sacred mantra and collective spirit.

I'm so grateful and proud to collaborate monthly with Caitanya and Jay from and to have recently formed a beautiful relationship with Dhirodatta and the devotees at who joined us at Wellnegy festival in the tent!

To me, Kirtan is the very essence of connection and community if ypu have never experienced Kirtan let this be a sign to drop in x

I promise to honour what feels true in my body and heart, even if it doesn’t make sense to others. I will trust my intuition as a compass and let it lead me home to my essence again and again.

I promise to release what weighs me down even if it once felt necessary. If it no longer nourishes me, I let it go. I make space for light, joy, and more possibility.

I promise to move toward joy without guilt, hesitation, or apology. If it feels good, expansive, and soul deep, I let myself move into it.

I promise to begin again, as many times as I need. Every sunrise, every breath, every solstice is a doorway to return to the heart.

For a few years now, iv been holding workshops for for their programmes, which are phenomenal.

They are the only corporate sessions i do really, and they believed in the processes from day 1.

When I started to bring breathwork, meditation, and more of the inner work into the hospitality mental health space years ago, nobody was listening to me. I got laughed at when I mentioned breathwork or meditation or sound healing......I'm now so glad they are listening as I can see more of the work in these spaces.

Don't be scared to try something different just because it isn't mainstream. Be a leader, not a sheep.

Thanks to for the trust the last 4 years, you are leaders!

If you have something to offer, folks for the corporate space go for it. They might just say yes.

It's an inside-out approach that we need.

Sometimes, I have these moments where I just can’t believe this is my life. Every job I’ve ever had, mostly as a chef, has been about serving others. But never did I imagine that the deepest, darkest parts of my own journey would one day become the wisdom I use to help others heal.

The thing is, this isn't a job or a career… it's a calling, and that's what makes it so powerful and special.

This isn’t something I take lightly. Every single person who comes to me is placing their trust in my hands, and that is something truly sacred. My gratitude runs deep. I am honoured to do this work, and I will always give it everything I have.

The most powerful part? This wasn’t luck. This wasn’t chance. I chose this path, and I followed through. Today, I’m letting myself know I’m proud by saying, "Well done, Shane, you are doing okay… I am proud of you."

Thousands have been served. Thousands more to come.
