At Slimming World, it’s not about quick fixes or cutting everything out. It’s about learning how to enjoy proper food, feel more in control, and make changes that last.

What you’ll find in group:
• A simple, flexible eating plan built around everyday foods
• Support, encouragement and people who genuinely understand
• A relaxed, friendly space where you can be yourself

• Clothes fitting more comfortably

Our members often say they wish they’d walked through the door sooner. Not because it’s magic, but because it finally feels doable.

I run a warm and welcoming group where there’s no pressure, just support and a bit of laughter along the way.

From a size 24 to a size 14… and finally enjoying a night OUT OUT 💃✨

For the first time in a long time, I got ready and just felt good. No second-guessing, no hiding, no “that’ll do”… just confidence, happiness, and a real smile that says it all 😊

This isn’t just about the weight I’ve lost it’s about how I’ve found myself again. Feeling comfortable in my own skin, enjoying the moment, and actually looking forward to nights out instead of dreading them.

And the best part? I did it with Slimming World ❤️
No fads, no extremes just real food, real support, and real results.

Now as a Slimming World consultant, I get to help others feel this same joy, this same confidence, this same freedom 🫶

Fiona attends a fellow Slimming World Consultant’s group and her journey is nothing short of 𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 💖

‘Since joining Slimming World, I’m more than 10st (64kgs) lighter and no longer require medication’ 🙌!

Before, Ian was taking seven different medications each day to manage his health. He suffered from high blood pressure and stage 3 liver disease – and was told if he didn’t make changes to his lifestyle, he’d need a transplant 💔.

Fast forward to today, and he’s taken control of his health and his weight. As well as slimming down, he’s also stepped up his activity habits – literally! – and will be taking on the London Marathon next month in aid of Alzheimer's Research UK 🧡.
