We are closed.

Thanks for 10 fantastic years of yoga and aerial, from our humble roots in the woods at Forest school through to the last 3 years in our own space, it's been an adventure and a privilege to work with you. From all of the Anvesaka Stockton team we're going to miss flying with you, growing with you and laughing with you, but it's time for us to move on to the next adventure x

Sadly, the time has come to say goodbye.

We have made the decision to close the Stockton studio at the end of the current block of classes on the 13th April. It has been a fantastic decade with our wonderful community and team, however the pressures of balancing other work and family life alongside running the studio in an increasingly hostile business climate has taken it's toll, so it's time for us to step away from studio life.

We had hoped to find someone to take over running the studio, but unfortunately in the end there was too big a gap to make this viable.

We'd like to thank everyone who has flown with us, stretched with us and laughed with us these past ten years, and invite any of our community who would like one last open aerial practice to join us this Saturday 12th, 5-7pm.

All other Anvesaka locations are running classes as normal after Easter, but from the Stockton hub, thank you and goodbye x

One of my favourite parts of going on retreat is the beautiful spaces we get to enjoy. In Bali we were treated to most of our yoga classes and this soundbath in a rooftop shala overlooking the ocean on one side, and traditional balinese houses on the other 😍

Our story

Anvesaka Yoga offering yoga & aerial classes in Eaglescliffe, Stockton and Midlesbrough for adults and children over 4 years. We also offer aerial hoop, aerial fitness and aerial silks tuition. We can be hired for festivals, events, one to one tuition, hen parties, birthday parties and performance pieces. We are a friendly, sociable tribe open to all ages, genders and abilities. New courses open for booking for April start!
