Stockwood Medical Centre is partnering with RSVP to re-launch our driving service to help patients attend Health Centre appointments & also a befriending service to give support to patients who maybe need for example, a cup of tea & a natter.
If you are over 50 and able to offer the odd hour to help please pop into the Health Centre to complete an application form. Many Thanks !

We have noticed a number of comments regarding ordering repeat prescriptions from Stockwood Medical Centre. We would like to clarify you are still able to order your repeat prescriptions either on the NHS App, Patient Access (or any other online provider you may have chosen). You can also order online on our website or email the new email address of bnssg.connexus.prescribing@nhs.net. We ask you put STOCKWOOD in the subject box if you are emailing. You can continue to leave a paper request in the blue box at reception entrance if you prefer. We apologise if the messaging was not clear and want to reassure you, you do not need to order medication earlier than necessary and it can still be collected from your nominated pharmacy within 5 days as usual.
