In 2020 I bought my own business and with it came a Volvo hearse which I still have and use . I have now been able after lots of hard work to buy my own hearse which arrived last week .
My number plate is my new business name Bonds Funeral & Bereavement Services .
Proud is an understatement🥰
Thank you Bob Stannard & Linda for travelling to Bolton to collect the vehicle and thanks to the very lovely Paul Powley for the 1st valet .
Not long now before we open the office but just a few more renovations to finish .

Due to the continued growth of my company, I am so excited and proud to announce that the formerly known RH Bond Funeral Services, is expanding, re-branding and moving to much larger premises in Downham Market.



After serving in the Funeral Services Business for 10 years, I took the enormous step in 2020, and launched my own business, RH Bond in Stoke Ferry, with my sister by my side.



Over the past five years I have, along with my amazing team, worked tirelessly supporting families, not only in creating bespoke Funeral and Celebration of Life Services, for their loved ones, but also by offering on-going support and care to them as they tread tentatively through their journey of grief. Our doors are always open to any family we have served, before and after their loved ‘ones’ service.



As my lease was coming to an end this year, it presented me with the amazing opportunity to take the next steps. So as of this week I will be moving to new premises under my new name: Bonds Funeral & Bereavement Services.

I have a bit of work to do at my new premises and I will announce my opening date asap but I would like to make it clear that whilst the move is happening I am still available 24/7 should a family require my services .


I will continue to offer the same excellent service and will always be happy to visit families in their own homes to discuss their requirements, if they are unable to visit my premises. I find families feel comfortable in their own surroundings so I am happy to visit them at home to make things easier for them.



I would like to take this opportunity to offer my deepest gratitude to my sister Sam and colleagues Fay,Bill and Bob as well as my team of amazing bearers Chris , Chris , Merv and Les and all the Celebrants and Ministers for their unwavering support and outstanding service over the last 5 years and I look forward to working with you all as I take my next steps.



Also, I say to my family and friends, thank you, for your continued belief in me and for supporting me during every step of my journey which has sometimes proved difficult .

My new premises are in Downham Market and can be located at 34 Bridge Street and I will be opening soon.

I am so excited to finally be able to share my news as I am most definitely here to stay and I’m not going anywhere although rumours have been circling to the contrary . I hope these rumours now stop

Please may I ask for my post to be shared by as many of you as possible to help me get my news out into the community .

Sending Love , strength and continued support to all the families that needed us this year ♥️

We as a family had to say goodbye to Andy’s Mum in May and it was our turn this year to have her over for dinner on Christmas Day .

She always made the roast potatoes for us along with sausage rolls , mince pies and coconut tarts and this year her absence will be very hard for us all 😞
We understand that nothing lasts forever so always make as many beautiful memories as you can and be sure to take lots of photos of the happy times you share.

Thinking of all the families that have an empty chair at the table this year , you are all in our hearts .

Baby Loss Awareness Week (9 - 15 October) is a time for everyone in the baby loss community and beyond to come together, to remember our much-loved and missed babies, and raise awareness of pregnancy and baby loss. Few experiences can compare to the trauma and pain of pregnancy and baby loss.

4 years ago 1/8/20 I became the owner of R H Bond funeral directors . Proof that dreams really do come true ♥️

During these 4 years I have been overwhelmed with the support I have been shown .

Thank you to all the families that have chosen me to work with them during their saddest moments 🥰

I’m extremely proud of my wonderful team and of course my beautiful little Sis Sam Wright.

Sam has been a tower of strength to our families even when she herself had sadness of her own to deal with . Everyday turning up supporting people with such compassion like the true pro she is ⭐️

Thank you to each and everyone of you that has helped me along the way , I have certainly met some remarkable human beings on this journey.

Keep being kind to others and make sure you cherish and love your family & friends .

Never take any single one of them for granted as they are the greatest gift of all ❤️
