A dance to freedom!
I’m so excited to finally bring Chakradance to life — a deeply therapeutic movement practice that supports emotional healing and energetic balance.

💫 It’s not just dance.
💫 It’s therapy without talking.
💫 It’s a journey through your inner world — guided by music, imagery, and your own body’s wisdom.

Our first session will be on:
