To provide a service of care to clients to enable them to lead an independent lifestyle as possible. This care service will involve a program of personal care and household management that is personalised for each client in the form of a care plan. Care duties will therefore include assisting the client with the following activities and in so doing will at all times observe and respect the clients dignity, privacy and independence as far as practical:

Personal Care

Dressing and un******ng

Washing/bathing/showering/shaving/grooming/cleaning teeth

Haircare (washing/brushing)

Toileting

Continence management

Getting in and out of bed

Assisting with the use of aids

Assisting the client to take prescribed medication

Dietary care

Preparation of meals and snacks according to client likes/dislikes

Supporting clients on health appointments

Personal shopping

Companionship

Transport:

Must drive with a full UK driving licence and have access to a car.

What you will need:

Care experience or a passion to work in care as we provide a full induction and on-going training to support you within your role.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Full driving license and own car is essential due to the locations of some our calls.
