Primary Medical Solutions is currently a CQC registered provider for 2 Care Homes based in Stoke-on-Trent.

What We Require:

Advise managers on the terms and conditions of employment and knowledge, sharing best practice with them.
Ensure legal compliance is met in all HR activities.
Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process.
Drive alignment between HR strategy and business goals.
Continuously monitor and review HR policies and processes and implement changes where necessary.
Interpret people data, analysing figures on staff turnover, absences etc.
Absence management.
Support and advise on performance management.

Golden View Care Home is a registered Residential and Nursing Home and is a Designated Assessment Unit with EMI Needs.
We support individuals to achieve their goals and outcomes to transition from an acute setting to home.

We are currently recruiting Bank Care Assistants to join our team.

Please note:
Day Shifts - 08:00am - 20:00pm
Early Shifts - 08:00am-14:00pm
Late Shifts-14:00pm-20:00pm
Night Shifts - 8.00pm - 8.00am

Your role and responsibilities:
The role of a carer is to give direct patient care to our Residents with different types of mental health needs as directed by a trained nurse and support the resident in his/her plan of care.

Duties will include:
Assist the residents with all aspects of personal care e.g. washing, dressing, toileting, ensuring we promote independence where possible.
Assist patients with mobility - including hoisting
Assist patients with eating and drinking, communication and joining in social activities
Assist nurses with preparation of a resident for treatment
Complete all documentation
Maintain a clean and safe environment within the nursing home
Promote a holistic approach
