There are no plans to increase any prices, they remain the same since Kinisi first started back in 2020 and I will still be offering the block booking options as well. (Slight disclaimer on travelling longer journeys due to increase in electricity and car costs, however no plans yet).

August - a month for getting back into racing

Back in June I sponsored a hole at Barlaston Golf Club helping to raise money for the UHNM Charity.

I love my golf and it's great to be able to help out whilst doing something I love. Hoping to be involved again next year.

Golf is something I am doing more regularly and whether it is spending time having lessons with Stew or trying to 'hit the ducks' or teeing off at 5am (only time I have with work and running!) - it is important to keep an eye on my health and fitness.

Happy Monday everyone!

I hope everyone is feeling well and ready for a few warm days.

Apologies for the running based post again but I do like a bit of running now and then in my spare time!

After last week's Trentham 10k race, followed by a 4 mile race at Oakamoor on Wednesday I thought I would try something a little different.

A run up Snowdon with some of my SMM club colleagues.

We had an amazing day (granted I didn't run much going up but did run all the way down) and I highly recommend a trip - especially the 5am start to get there before too many crowds.

Legs hurt today - anyone for a sports massage?

Yesterday's running fun........

Trentham 10k - tough run - needed to see where I was race wise and found out quickly I wasn't ready for a tough 10k 🫣

Time to focus on my training now and start getting back to those PB's.
