"I have said it before (twice) as Feasted, and having dined at Hidden tonight, this is the most amazing dining experience. A maximum of 10 to 12 people at chefs table. For community, we were definitely the oldest by far in a table of talented and inspirational young adults.
The shared conversation and fun enjoyed by the diners was more than matched by the welcome and engagement throughout the evening with Cris and his excellent team. As always, the food was excellent. Who would have thought a celery sorbet would taste so good? Home grown produce, sustainability and superb flavour combinations at a not budget busting price for 9 courses.
Cris, you and your team are a great ambassadors for "total hospitality'. We are thrilled you are back, and WE will be back. If you want a dining experience that, I think is unique and individual (industrial in old Spode Factory), superb food, and the feeling of being part of a customer and chef family, this the restaurant for you.
Do not let it pass you by. Life is too short to at least, not dine here once."
