🕒 Opening Times

The Stoke-on-Trent CDC will be open 12 hours a day, 7 days a week, offering extended appointment availability to help reduce waiting lists and make care more convenient for local people.

The 2026 Spring Covid-19 vaccine campaign runs from April to June, targeting those at highest risk (aged 75+, immunosuppressed, or care home residents). Boosters are recommended around 6 months after the last dose, with a minimum interval of 3 months. Those turning 75 between April and June should attend when invited, even before their birthday.

March is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month - but one local survivor has called for greater understanding of the condition which affects 7,500 women in the UK every year.

Ovarian cancer most commonly affects women over the age of 50, but ovarian cancer can affect women of all ages.

One in four women mistakenly think their smear test will detect the disease.

Symptoms are often mistaken for less serious conditions like IBS. Please seek medical advice especially when symptoms are visible.
