Your pregnancy journey is completely unique to you. It is a special time where you will develop a bond between you and baby that will change through the months and ultimately, through the years. No one can possibly understand the love you will experience, the emotional roller-coaster of pregnancy, birth and motherhood. It is a wonderful journey & Yoga helps you through the journey bringing a great

er bond between you and your baby, keeping you healthy and learning techniques to help with a more active birth. In Pregnancy yoga we learn simple breathing techniques and safe variations of asanas/poses to help ease the pregnancy journey and prepare for birth.Its a great way to meet other mama's to be and share experiences instead of feeling alone. These classes are small and intimate to concentrate on your needs

In Mum and baby yoga we safely and slowly build back our strength and prana/vital life force. We incorporate the babies into the practice as well as using yoga for the babies mixed with a fun dose of nursery rhymes and movements.
