Endometriosis UK Staffordshire Staffordshire Endometriosis UK Support Group Living with Endometriosis can be hard and you are not alone! The Charity's Helpline Number is 0800 808 2227.

Endometriosis UK Staffordshire is volunteer-led by Lexi, Claire and Vicky, and all live with endometriosis - a medical condition affecting 1.5 million women and those assigned female at birth in the UK alone. You can find out more about the condition by visiting www.endometriosis-uk.org

We hope to offer a confidential, supportive, warm and welcoming environment to discuss our condition. Endometriosis affects more than just the physical body: it affects us in profound emotional ways as well. So please get in touch if you have Endo, live in the Staffordshire area and are in need of a little bit of support. Our support group leader Beth has been invited to speak at a conference in the region next March!

A wonderfully timed opportunity to raise some awareness around endometriosis, the challenges faced in the workplace and what support can be put in place for those with endometriosis, inline with Endo Awareness Month in March!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our festive get together today. We hope everyone had a great time and has an enjoyable and restful festive season!

Also a big thank you to Kiln at Number 12 for having us, a lovely venue and a wonderful activity to take part in 😊

We are lucky enough to have Emma Belton as a guest speaker for our next meeting! Emma has endometriosis herself and is a registered nutritional therapist specialising in women's health and hormone balance.

Emma has kindly offered to talk through her 5 step approach to managing endometriosis symptoms.
