Had the WORST sleep ever last night!
I was out late last night exploring a creepy abandoned care home which made me keep waking up in the night with nightmares.
This just proves that if you expose your brain to spooky situations not long before bedtime it has trouble switching off which causes you to be restless.
Never understood why people watch horror movies straight before bed then they wonder why they can't get to sleep 🤦♂️
If you are having trouble sleeping then don't watch scary stuff rite before you want your brain to power down.
