I have over two decades of experience in education, training and empowering individuals to enhance their lives. I am a yoga and meditation teacher, speaker, breathwork facilitator, and holistic therapist to individuals, community groups and teams...

THE PROBLEM

Since our World changed and continues to, many find themselves in a constant state of fight or flight, affecting both mental and physical wellbeing. Coping with loss, stress and anxiety is impacting peoples’ ability to function at full warrior capacity and many are struggling at work and at home. THE SOLUTION

It is important to cultivate a culture of wellness and wellbeing at home, in the workplace and in the community. By creating space to practice techniques for rest, we can ease away from fight or flight responses in the body, find more clarity and peace of mind, set and achieve career and life goals with more energy, more confidence and less stress. WHY WORK WITH ME

By taking a holistic approach I am able to provide solutions for individuals and teams, creating bespoke experiences that encourage rest, reflection, and transformation. HOW TO WORK WITH ME

For Groups & Teams:
I design bespoke workshops & retreats targeting workplace and community challenges. I use practices such as yoga, guided meditation, breathwork, reflection, self-enquiry, sleep yoga & visualisation to increase energy, build confidence, reduce stress which can dramatically enhance communication, teamwork, productivity and happiness. For Individuals:
I create restful and nourishing retreats in scenic settings, offer breathwork immersions, teach yoga classes and provide online sleep sessions. Private treatments and retreats are also available, and my Facebook group 'Intimate Gatherings for Warriors that Rise' offers free practices and community support. GET IN TOUCH

Well in an overstimulating world…

It’s ok to protect your peace,
To pause,
To take a moment because you need it
To not find words,
To not want to speak,
To sit with your feelings
To rest,
To not have the answers,
To not have room for anything else
It’s ok!

Sometimes someone else needs you more… YOU!!

Let people say what they need to, feel what they need to and you stay here…

In the silence you’re craving.
The peace.
The rest.

You might not know how…

Powerful your female lineage actually is.

And it’s a shame. And it’s a disservice to the amazing women that we come from.

I’m still finding things out. Here’s what I know so far…

My granny was a truck driver. She served during World War Two. She drove the soldiers from one place to the next.

She was also a rifle shooter. She had an excellent shot. She was often called in to show the new recruits how much better they could be.

I have an excellent shot too. I’ve won competitions. I never knew.

When she had her pictures taken, the photographer took pages of headshots. She looked like a film star.

When I knew her, my granny was a swimming teacher at Crystal Palace. She stayed 10years past her retirement.

She realised lots of deaf children did not know how to swim, so she learnt sign language to change this.

My dad’s mum, my nan, was the matriarch of a huge family. Everyone relied on her. She had 8 children, 25 grandchildren and 20 more greats.

My Nan was a nurse. She was racially abused every day when she walked home from work.

My nan was strong because she, like many other black women, had to be. And she continued to give. She was kind, she was patient. She called me baby and I loved it.

Only today did I realise that I have a beauty spot in the exact same place.

My mum is a rebel. She fought the system from the inside. She brought me up to have confidence in how I move through the World.

I have had a childhood many could only dream of.

I know who I am. The main character. In my life.

Because I know where I come from. These women. These rebels. These warriors.

I am a woman. Strong. Kind. Loving. Giving. Not a fool. A rebel. A warrior now. And you are too.

The things I do to get more sleep 🙄

Turns out putting myself first, protecting my peace, and taking midday bubble baths aren’t problems.

They’re the SOLUTION.

The big mistakes you’re making right now…

You will keep waking up tired…
You will keep running on empty…
& you will keep watching your body break down…

Until you stop making these mistakes.

(And no… this isn’t about trying harder 😉)

I know you’re already trying hard.

But nobody ever taught us how to actually rest—so we just keep burning out.

Here are the mistakes keeping that cycle going 👇🏽

MISTAKE 1: Waiting until you’ve “earned” rest. Rest isn’t a reward. It’s required. Your body needs rest to function—period.

MISTAKE 2: Trying to fix sleep without fixing your life. All the sleep hygiene in the world won’t work if your days are chaos. The problem isn’t your bedtime routine—it’s your boundaries.

MISTAKE 3: Pushing through until you collapse. You think rest can wait. But burnout doesn’t. Your body will MAKE you rest—through illness or breakdown. Rest now or be forced to rest later.

MISTAKE 4: Carrying what’s not yours to carry. You’re exhausted because you’re holding everyone else’s weight while treating your own needs as optional. You can’t rest when you’re still carrying it all.

MISTAKE 5: Believing you’re “just not good at sleeping”. You’re not broken. Your body KNOWS how to rest. But it can’t when your nervous system is fried and you haven’t PUT IT DOWN. Sleep isn’t the problem. Your life is.

Here’s the uncomfortable truth…

Nothing changes if nothing changes.

The version of you who sleeps deeply doesn’t keep pushing through.

She rests before she’s broken.

She protects her peace like she protects everyone else’s.

She knows rest isn’t weakness—it’s WISDOM.
