For Dying Matters Awareness week 2025 the UHNM Palliative Care team will be hiding ducks around the world!

Dying Matters Duck aims to raise awareness of the importance of talking about death and dying and the opportunity to get it right. This year’s theme is β€œThe culture of dying matters”. We want our ducks to travel the world to highlight different cultures, practices, and the ways we can make a difference to the families and patients we care for.

If you find a duck around Stoke or further a field please take a picture, tag our event and page and place it somewhere new 😊
