📊 In just 30 days, 53 appointments went unused – together we can reduce this.
In the last 30 days, we have offered and booked over 2,000 appointments (face to face and telephone).
Unfortunately, 53 appointments were not attended. This is unusually high for us!
❗ Every unattended appointment is a missed opportunity for another patient to be seen. Over time this can increase waiting times and reduce availability for everyone.
We understand that things happen — but letting us know makes a big difference 💙
How you can help:
📲 When you call, please share as much information as possible with our trained reception team so we can get you the right help.
📲 You may be offered a same‑day or pre‑bookable appointment or signposted to another local service.
📲 Not everything needs a medical appointment, but we’ll always try to help.
📲 If you can’t attend, please call at least 2 hours before your appointment so it can be offered to someone else.
📲 Running late? Call us ahead — we may still be able to accommodate you.
📲 Don’t forget: many requests can be submitted via the NHS app or on our website at any time, including advice requests, admin queries, and appointment requests.
